We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
No Refunds – Exchange Only
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. However, we do allow exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
Exchange Eligibility
If you would like to request an exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this timeframe may not be eligible for exchange.
To qualify for an exchange:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Exchange Value
Approved exchanges can be made for another item of equal value.
If you choose an item that has a higher value than the original purchase, the price difference must be paid before the replacement item is shipped.
If the item selected for exchange is of a lower value, the remaining balance will not be refunded.
Exchange Process
To begin an exchange request, please contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the item if applicable. Once your request is reviewed and approved, instructions will be provided for returning the item.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your exchange will be processed and the replacement item will be shipped.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs associated with sending the item back for exchange unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly.
